Suffolk Coastal District Council produce a list of land that is considered suitable for development.
Owners of land submit possible sites to the council. Some are rejected and the remainder are placed on the list.
This does not mean they will be developed in the future for housing etc, but these are the areas that could be suitable.
This list of land is being updated and a map showing the land submitted by owners for consideration is attached below.
If all sites were accepted there is a possibility of a further 553 being built in Darsham.
A consultation drop in, for the public was held at Yoxford Village Hall, on Monday 11th Sept, however, if there is land on this list that you belive should never be considered for development you can give your views direct to SCDC.
