The final major event in the old wooden Village Hall was held on Saturday 15th December 2018 in the form of a "Goodbye Party"

This was very well attended with the max of 100 tickets being sold out very quickly. A good night was had by all.

All were treated to a fantastic buffet supplied by the usual team and music by George and his gang.

On a bad night weather wise the Hall managed to show its 99 years of age with the odd leak from the roof but I am sure all present and many other Darsham residents over the years with always have a small place in their hearts for this building.

Hopefully the hall can be resurrected elsewhere  to continue its life, but more of that later.

Somehow, despite the massive spread of food and the odd glass of wine a profit of £476.83 was raised which the organisers understand will go towards equipment for the new hall.

A number of picture of the event can be found on the Galley Page of the website
