The parish council, in light of the current Covid19 pandemic, has taken the following steps to ensure the continuation of its business and the safety of its councillors and clerk.
For the next three months all meetings will be cancelled. As soon as it is deemed safe they will be resumed.
Planning applications will be considered by the dedicated councillor, Simon Manning, and responded to after e-mail consideration by councillors.
Financial obligations can be delegated to the clerk, after consultation with the chairman, for sums under £250. [Under approved Standing Orders]
Audits have been officially delayed till end of September 2020.
