Minutes are taken by the clerk at all Parish Council meetings. When approved, the previous meetings minutes are displayed on the two council notice boards located on Coronation Square and by Granary Cottages on A12.
The clerk holds the minutes of meetings going back several years and these can be viewed by appointment. Much older minutes have been lodged with the Suffolk Record Office and can be viewed by arrangement there.
The last eleven years of the Parish Council minutes can be viewed on this site by selecting the apropriate year. Minutes are not approved by Councillors until the following meeting. Therefore the latest minutes will always be in draft format.
